Insurers love to keep profit high and costs low and experts believe millions of motorists are being ripped off by hidden charges which give insurers over £200m a year more income.
What a survey has found is that many motorists have to pay for basic services as an extra (which in many cases is over £150) and this is netting the big insurers a lot of money.
