There are many benefits of being with Privilege and other than all the money savings and extras you get, one thing I love is the fact that when you call for customer service you are not talking to someone a million miles away in another country.
If you want UK car insurance and then need to ring customer services then you should be speaking to a real person in the UK and not someone who cannot even understand you (or in fact most of the time with these other companies that outsource call centres to other countries is that you cannot understand a word they are saying).

I so agree, I rung up the other day for some help with my broadband and all I got was someone from god knows what country and it was not the UK.
It’s a joke how I live in the UK, pay tax’s in the UK and buy a product/service in the UK and end up speaking to someone not from the UK.
