Norwich Union - famous for its ‘quote me happy’ Lies

I am sure you have all heard the famous “quote me happy” by Norwich Union. It would seem that this insurer spend more on advertising than anything else.
According to Motoring magazine Auto Express surveyed 30,000 readers to compile the table for the second year running.

The company have been criticised for its foreign call centers, which were not flexible about quotes, and poor communication with customers should this be happening?

David Ross a Norwich spokesman said ‘Independent customer research has shown there is little difference in the quality of service offered from our Indian call centers to our UK ones.’

Is Norwich Union really the best insurer out there?
