Are you the person who has been hit by an illegal immigrant without insurance?
Although they should not even be in the country it is proven that immigrants are involved in many accidents due to there bad recognition of road signs and markings, this is coursing crashes.
At least if they were insured then the stress would be taken away from the crash, although I do not agree to them been here, but something should be in place to prevent this
